My name is Irel Wong and I am a tax professional with over 20 years of experience. I currently do both personal and business taxes and have clientele in the Sole Proprietorship, Partnership and Corporate sectors. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about taxes and finance to my clients and my goal is to help others grow their wealth using basic financial principles. I share my experience in owning real estate, investing in the stock market and how to do tax planning to lower your tax liability.

This site is to inform, educate, and bring to awareness the things about the business and financial world that sometimes can seem so complex and complicated. Before studying the subject in college, I had little clue about the financial language – the terms, the phrases, and the verbiages. After graduating I wanted to share my knowledge and relay it as simple as possible. Hopefully you will find something that you can take away from one of my blogs that will help you along the way to make informed decisions about your finances, your career, your self-development or just to learn about the wonderful world of finance.

I’ve always been passionate about finance and business and that led me to pursue a degree at Florida International University so – Hello to all my Panther family out there! I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business. Initially, my interest was to learn about the stock market, trading and investing and how to grow wealth but found out that finance is so much more than that. I learned that finance is about taking a broad look into the financial wellbeing of whatever or whomever I’m looking into at that time, look at the opportunities available, and making prudent decisions on how to let it grow into something much bigger and better. Now while that may sound easy, it’s actually a little more involved but the point is – finance is more than trading stocks and investing. The good news is – It’s never too late to learn and never too late to take action no matter where you are with your finances.

There are three “F’s” that I’m passionate about: My Faith, my Family and Finance and my life pretty much revolves around these. Before I make any posts I make sure it’s something that I research in depth, that I stand by, and that the source is reliable and credible. Much of the information is coming from what I’ve learned during my years of study and from my personal experience in wealth building.
